Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Noteplay ("Noteplay", "we", "us") and any songs, files or services you purchase from us. By placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

1. Orders and production

When you submit an order form and complete payment, we begin producing a custom AI-generated track based on the details you provide. Production is completed within 48–72 hours, and delivery is guaranteed within 3 days of a confirmed, paid order.

2. Revisions

Every order includes at least one free revision. Additional revisions beyond the number included in your plan may be offered at our discretion or for an additional fee.

3. Licensing and usage rights

• Basic and Premium plans grant a personal-use license only. Tracks may not be monetized, used in advertising, or used for business or commercial purposes.
• The Commercial License plan grants a commercial usage license, allowing use in monetized video content, advertising, business promotion and other commercial contexts, under the terms confirmed at checkout.
• A commercial license permits you to use and monetize the track — it is not a transfer of copyright, and it is not a guarantee that the track is eligible for copyright registration.
• Licenses are granted based on the terms in effect at the time of your order and are not automatically retroactive to earlier orders.
• You may not resell, sublicense, or claim sole authorship of a track for entry into copyright registries as an original human composition.
• We do not guarantee that a track will be accepted, monetized or distributed by any particular third-party platform (e.g. YouTube, Spotify, ad networks), as those platforms set their own policies for AI-generated content independent of this license.

4. Refunds

Because production begins immediately, refunds are evaluated on a case-by-case basis. If we are unable to deliver a track that reasonably matches your submitted brief after a revision, you may request a refund within 14 days of delivery.

5. Content guidelines

You agree not to submit lyrics, names or reference material that is unlawful, hateful, or infringes on someone else's rights. We reserve the right to decline or modify any request that violates this policy.

6. AI production tools

Tracks are produced using third-party AI music generation tools. Details you submit — including lyrics, special names, and any reference audio you upload — may be processed by these tools as part of production. Their own terms of service govern how that content is handled on their end, and rights or restrictions in those terms may apply to the resulting track. We select tools and subscription tiers intended to support the license described in Section 3, but our services remain subject to the availability, pricing and terms of these third-party providers, which may change.

7. Limitation of liability

Noteplay is provided on an "as is" basis. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of a delivered track.

8. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
